According to article 29 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, external Responsible Owner treating booking HOTELEASYRESERVATIONS platform is EasyConsulting srl with headquarters in Via Nicolo III n. 4 00165 Rome (http://www.easyconsulting.com) that does not deal directly with the customers' personal data if not limited to the IT Management activities (website hosting and IT security measures).

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

- Statistical purposes in anonymous form (to assess the number of accesses, etc.).
- Comply with current administrative obligations, accounting and tax, as well as to comply with laws and regulations.
The data processed by us may include sensitive data as well as defined in paragraph d art. 4 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 or personal data that could reveal racial or ethnic origin, religious, philosophical or other beliefs, political opinions, membership of parties, unions, religious associations or organizations, philosophical, political or union, as well as personal data disclosing health and sex life that you supply voluntarily in the notes field of the booking form, because instrumental to the provision of our services (food allergies, people with disabilities, information on health status, etc.).
The mentioned data will be processed in accordance with the general approval from the Authority for the Protection of Personal Data N 5 issued to such data and operations as indispensable to fulfill the pre-contractual obligations also that the hotel takes in its business, in order to provide specific goods or services required.
Under Article. 26 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, any sensitive data will be treated in strict confidence and will not be disclosed.
Palazzo Carpegna srl will evaluate the curricula which have been submitted from potential vacant positions within the hotel, or they might arise in the near future. The storage time of the curricula which are deemed interesting will be a year and the same will be treated in full compliance with the minimum security measures according to Art. 33, 34 and 35 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003.
The kind candidates are invited to respect the following rules in the transmission of curricula in electronic form:
- Respecting the compilation of your European size resume;
- Transmitting the curriculum in pdf;
- Avoiding sensitive data in their curriculum (related, in particular, to the state of health, religious, philosophical or political beliefs), that are not relevant in relation to the job offer;
- Giving consent to the processing of sensitive data relevant to the establishment of an employment relationship (eg minority group).
The Company will provide appropriate information in accordance with art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, during any interviews with the candidates.
The purpose of the processing related to curriculum management, will affect activities closely associated to the evaluation, recruitment and selection of staff, with the cooperation objectives, temporary or permanent hiring, internships, or to enable the successful applicant to prepare his degree thesis at our headquarters.
